Print and Marking Options

1) Hot Foil Stamping
Hot foil embossing presses the number deep into the tag leaving a clear imprint and deep mark. Welded into the mark a contrasting pigment of black or white makes for high visibility.

2) Laser Printing
Ideal for computer generated codes and logos. A laser beam changes the colour of an additive in the plastic providing long-term permanent marking etched deeply into the tag.

3) Self Marking
There are circumstances where it is prefered to buy blank tags and write the numbers as needed. In which case the Dalton Bullet marker pen provides ink which eats into the plastic for permanent identification.

Avoid:

Poor quality
copies of proven brand name tags.
Foreign made
tags purporting to be made locally but imported.
Small companies
with little interest in long term solutions who sell tags without a track record.
